By ordering from us you agree to these terms.

  • All Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
  • All products shown on this web site are priced excluding freight and delivery.

Deck-Max™ hopes that you are satisfied with the products that you order from us online. However, if you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund, then we ask that you follow the instructions detailed below to ensure that your request is processed efficiently.

We pride ourselves on carrying high-quality items, and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. When you receive your order, please inspect it carefully to verify that all items are as per your order / invoice. If, for some reason, you find the order is not complete or damaged, please contact our customer care personnel – Monday through Friday 9AM to 2PM EST on 0755280899 for a return authorization. This must be completed within 7 (seven) working days from date of receipt. Date of receipt/ delivery is taken from the delivery service – After that date 100% of goods are deemed accepted.

The following constitutes the terms upon which we will accept and process returns. By ordering from us you agree to these terms.

Each order is processed within 5 (five) to 10 (ten) business days. If an item requires changes, production time could take longer, depending on the changes and the choice of delivery mode. The occasion may arise that your  order cannot be filled due to an out of stock situation – in this case you will be notified of this and also a due date. This is something out of our control.

If an address in incorrect or the delivery service could not obtain certain pre request process like sign to receive, etc. then goods returned will be charged the redelivery fee.

Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there is any damage, please call our customer care personal Mon-Fri 9AM – 2PM EST on 0755280899 at your earliest convenience, but no later than 7 days after the package was delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. We request that you email us a digital photograph of the damaged box and/or items. A customer-care specialist will help you file a claim.

Deck-Max™ undertakes to make every endeavour to satisfy any order within the period estimated but will not be responsible for any undue delay or failure to deliver or perform by reason of lock-outs, strikes, accident, fire or any other cause whatsoever beyond Deck-Max™ control or for any contingent or consequential loss or damage arising from any such delay or failure.

Returns and Refund Policy

Authorisation; All returns must first be authorised by Deck-Max™ before they can be accepted. To request authorisation, you must complete our Return Authorization request form prior to sending any goods back for return. [this is sent to you by  email after you make contact with our customer care service personnel and receive confirmation to proceed]

Please fill this out and either email or fax it to us (our contact details are shown on the form). We may decide in our absolute discretion whether to authorise the return.

 We will attend to your request as soon as possible, and you will receive our response by email. If we authorise the return, then we will issue you with a “Return Authorisation Number”. This number must be included with the returned goods, otherwise they may be returned to you at your expense.

 To avoid returns please take note of our policies, terms and conditions and product descriptions upon ordering.

Goods may only be exchanged for goods of equal or greater value. Goods that are returned for incorrect ordering may only be exchanged for goods of the same price value or more. We will credit you with the amount paid for the original goods, excluding delivery, and charge your account for any difference in price of the replacement goods prior to shipping. If the original goods were returned because they are faulty, not as described, then we will pay for the delivery of the replacement goods (within Australia ONLY) otherwise, your account will be charged for the delivery of the replacement goods.

All goods will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department to verify the reason for their return. If we deem that the reason is not genuine, then your account will be charged for the delivery costs of the replacement goods.

The customer must not return goods without the written consent of Deck-Max™.

The Vendor does not accept any goods that have being opened, used then returned to pack, or any goods deemed not in saleable condition as the company sees reasonable.

If you would like to obtain a refund for the returned goods, then please indicate this on the Return Authorisation Request Form as well as the reason. We may authorise you to return goods ordered online in exchange for a full refund, including the original cost of delivery (WITHIN AUSTRALIA ONLY) only where the goods are faulty, or not as described.

 Cost and risk of return
ing all cases / products, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive at our dispatch location safely and have being received by signature proof of delivery. We do not accept responsibility for goods that fail to arrive in their original condition. For this reason we encourage you to insure the goods against loss or damage while in transit. You must also pay for the cost of returning the goods unless we deem them to be faulty or not as described, in which case we will credit you for the cost of returning the goods. This is determind upon receipt of goods and following the quality assurance personnel inspection.

Transfer of property in the goods;
 Property in the goods is passed to you as soon as they are dispatched from our warehouse.

 Goods must be returned in their original condition, with all inclusions and original packaging. Goods must be returned unsoiled or undamaged and must include the original receipt.

 Time for processing
 Returns will be processed within 7 (seven) working days of receiving the goods at the point of dispatch. You will be notified by email once refunds have been processed.

 

Authority to credit/charge your account
 By submitting the Return Authorisation Request Form you authorise us to credit or charge your account in accordance with the above terms and conditions using the details provided by you in effecting the original transaction. No credit is given for lost return packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges not offer credit for goods returned. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Return Authorisation Number – herin refered to as RA#
Step 1
Enter the RA# in the appropriate space provided on the return label which was sent to you by email or fax.

Step 2
Affix the Return Label to the original shipping box. Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition.

 

 

General Competition Rules

Competitions are subject to the privacy policy and website terms and conditions of Sunrise Developments (“Deck-Max™”).

The following rules shall apply, together with any instructions or rules specific to any current competition. By entering any of our competitions, you are deemed to have accepted the following:

Deck-Max™ reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
    • To qualify for and be entered into any of our competitions, you must meet the terms and condition of the offer.
    • By taking part in this offer, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your details and e-mail address are accurate, and that Deck-Max™ is informed of any changes to these. Deck-Max™ accepts no responsibility for any changes which are not properly notified from the time of submission of your entry to the time of notification that the prize and / or gift has been awarded.

    • In the case of any disputes regarding these rules, or the rules or instructions of a specific competition, the decision of Deck-Max™ will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Gift with Purchase Rules – Montserrat Sun Lounger:

The gift with purchase offer is limited to 25 units only and is restricted to sales based in Australia only. The customer must have purchased only from the Deck-Max™ head office in Southport Queensland and is not eligible for any sales of the same product from another party.

With this same offer you have the option to purchase a second item at 25% off recommended retail which needs to be purchased at the same time of your Timber Decking purchase. This discount only applies to the same as the Gift offered in the first instance and does not extend to any other purchase.

  • To be eligible to win prizes you must be an Australian Resident.
  • Free Delivery is restricted to Metro areas and a delivery fee will be applied for non metro deliveries.
  • You must be over the age 18 Years of age.
  • The offer is limited to 25 units only.
  • Allow up to 21 working days for Delivery.
  • The timber decking purchase must be paid for in full before you are entitled to this offer.
  • The purchase must be over 25 square metres in size using Deck-Max™ Timber and Fixings.

Terms and Conditions;

  • To be eligible to win prizes you must be an Australian Resident.
  • This specific campaign is to be drawn every two months, and Deck-Max™ reserves the right to terminate this offer after the set dates listed below.

Shopping Cart Free Delivery:

Deck-Max™ offers free delivery to online purchases done via the Online Shopping Cart only and cannot be used via any other offer.  The free delivery is limited to Metro areas only.

  • Online Orders must be over $480 in value.
  • The Fein tool is excluded from this offer.
  • To be eligible to win prizes you must be an Australian Resident.
  • You must be over the age 18 Years of age.
  • Full Payment of order must be completed prior to shipping.
  • Not Eligible to account customers or Resellers.
